Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or telephone.

Refund eligibility depends on:

·         Hotel policies

·         Tour operator rules

·         Insurance provider conditions

Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on supplier terms and conditions.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

·         Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

·         Processing time is 7–14 working days

·         Bank charges and payment gateway charges may be deducted

·         Supplier cancellation charges may apply


Non-Refundable Services

Non-refundable reservation charges will never be refunded under any circumstances.

However, services covered by reservation charges may be re-scheduled subject to supplier conditions and availability.


Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is deducted but the service is not confirmed:
